My name is Amiel. I am Taiwanese American living.... somewhere between America and the World. I am a travel and food enthusiast like you. I was a backpacker and a freelance photographer for many years. Now I promote traveling because I believe life's most exceptional moments come from cultural connections, a.k.a. food,  and to experience them first hand.

I love cooking in the kitchen, whether cooking for friends and family or learning a new dish foreign and exotic. Food is the most natural remedy that our ancestors used since the dawn of day. So come on in and get ready for something new!
